A heart at peace give life to the body, but envy rots the bones.
Peace its something we all strive for, and it keeps us at ease and it makes life easier. As this proverbs above states it gives life to the body. It’s therapeutic, it allows us to see with a clear mind. Its a state of relaxation. However, some times our own pride gets in the way of peace. Occasionally, we strive for things and lose site of what really matters. While its not a bad thing to set goals, or to have your eyes set on prizes, but when it takes you away from what matters the most and its costing you relationships with you family, friends, and most importantly God, its time to reassess. Envy leads you to do things you wouldn’t normally do. Your obsessions can bring you down. When an enters the league the biggest individual goal for many players is to make the Hall of Fame, but when it comes down to it, the goal its to play as a team. To win as a team. Its always nice to have a nice streak or a nice feat, but if it becomes so important to that person that they focus on themselves it is a detriment. When a player becomes so focus on their individual goals they become a detriment, and if they can’t take one from the team they career and their team will rot.
