Give justice to the weak and the fatherless; maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute.”

-Psalm 82:3

I have said it before and will say it again and again! One of the things that grind my gears is human trafficking and it needs to end. I will continue to run these articles until the day there is not another man, woman, or child who is trafficked.n This is one of the lowest crimes on this planet, and it makes my blood boil when nations want to legalize many aspect of or do nothing about human trafficking. Human Trafficking according to the United Nations is an estimated $32 billion industry. This heinous industry brings in $32 billion dollars a year. This is disgusting, this is not an act of love and needs to stop.

According to Forbes the cumulative average of the 100 highest paid athletes in the world is $3.2 billion. The five highest charities in the world are the United Way, Salvation Army, Feeding America, Task Force for Global Heath, and St. Jude’s, these organizations are all worthy causes, they receive an estimated combined $10.8, more money goes into human trafficking than to the top 5 charities. In fact, three times more money goes into human trafficking than the top 5 charities. You can add in the top 10 and it still does not match this estimate.

When a human enters into human trafficking they are given a 7 year time like to be rescue due to homicide, AIDS, drugging, and torture. Often these people are neglected and not fed. 27 million adults are beings trafficked, with an additional 13 million children, around 30 million people are slaves.

An estimated 30,000 victims of sex trafficking die each year from abuse, disease, torture, and neglect. Eighty percent of those sold into sexual slavery are under 24, and some are as young as six years old.

According to a 2009 Washington Times article, the Taliban bought children as young as seven years old to act as suicide bombers. The price for child suicide bombers was between $7,000-$14,000.

UNICEF estimates that 300,000 children younger than 18 are currently trafficked to serve in armed conflicts worldwide.

While the majority of human trafficking is for sex — and a great deal for labor — people are also trafficked for organ harvesting.

Enough is enough, lets end this, lets Win the Battle!
